Payment Options

NLST currently accepts Medicaid and Private Pay clients.

NLST is considered an “out of network provider” for all commercial insurance companies.  We do not bill commercial insurances directly. Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards.

If requested, we are happy to provide you with an invoice which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important that you check your coverage carefully. We suggest calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

• Do I have speech/language therapy insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and how much of this deductible have I met?

• What is the out-of-network reimbursement for speech/language therapy?

• Are there any restrictions?
